ookww Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

Welcome to ookww. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ookww ("We", "Us", "Platform") governing access to and use of the ookww online casino and sports betting services available at ookww.ws. • Single Account:Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ookww. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, IP address, device, or household — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.
• Accurate Information:All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access betting and gaming features on ookww, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the platform.

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. ookww will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
2. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ookww support immediately via live chat.
3. ookww reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5. ookww may impose temporary restrictions on an account — including deposit limits, withdrawal holds, or game access restrictions — pending completion of an ongoing verification review. Such restrictions do not constitute an admission of wrongdoing on either party's part.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ookww are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the platform.

• Accepted Methods:ookww accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major international card networks (Visa, Mastercard). The available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit:The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may be subject to additional identity verification as part of ookww's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Withdrawal Processing:Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within minutes during normal operating hours. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ookww does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Fees:ookww does not charge any fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals processed through supported local payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). International card transactions may incur fees imposed by the card issuer or network, for which ookww accepts no responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ookww offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions below.

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
2. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
3. ookww reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of cancellation will have their bonus conditions honoured, unless the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms.
4. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited period as stated in the individual offer terms. Unused free spins expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be reactivated.
5. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been met in full. Cash funds in the real-money wallet are always available for withdrawal subject to standard KYC verification.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ookww platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming, among others. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. In the event of a conflict between ookww's general Terms and the specific rules of a game provider, the game provider's rules take precedence for that specific game.

• Malfunctions:In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be declared void and all stakes returned to players. ookww will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by factors outside its direct control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ookww platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with ookww support.
2. Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts on the platform, regardless of the purpose or method used.
3. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a way not intended for normal human play.
4. Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or glitches in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported to ookww support immediately; failure to do so constitutes fraud.
5. Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any other financial crime. ookww is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to cooperate with investigations.
6. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any coordinated strategy designed to circumvent the platform's normal risk management systems.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ookww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Breach of Terms:Any confirmed violation of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility fraud, bonus abuse, account sharing, or prohibited conduct, will result in account suspension. ookww will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and what action is appropriate.
• Player-Initiated Closure:You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting ookww support via live chat. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
• Regulatory Requirement:ookww may be required to suspend or close accounts in order to comply with applicable law, court orders, or requests from regulatory or law-enforcement authorities. In such cases, ookww may not be permitted to disclose the reason for the action taken.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ookww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside ookww's direct control, such as internet outages, device failures, or third-party service disruptions.

ookww does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or technical upgrades may temporarily affect platform availability. ookww will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ookww collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is handled with SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties. 12. Amendments to These Terms

The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page. By continuing to use the ookww platform after any amendment takes effect, you accept the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
